BBK does not provide kits, plans, components, materials, or technical support to builders. There are many businesses specializing in support for the home kayak builder.
The technical specifications given in our product descriptions are approximate and adequate for providing a size comparison. We maintain our Web site for the purpose of marketing Betsie Bay Kayak products, not as a design resource for the homebuilder or competitors.
We have spent nearly 25 years refining our kayak designs and processes, at considerable expense in time and material. While there are many out there who feel they are entitled to apply the fruits of our labor to their project at no expense, we politely disagree.
